IMPORTANT NOTES TO CUSTOMER: • CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE. OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES. • PROOF WILL BE SENT WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. WE MUST RECEIVE AN APPROVAL FROM YOU PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. A DELAY IN RECEIVING APPROVAL WILL CAUSE DELAY IN PRODUCTION AND/OR IN-HANDS DATE. • STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 WEEKS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) • (FOR EMBROIDERY ONLY) IF PROVIDING GARMENTS, A PROVIDED GARMENT WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED • FOR EMBROIDERY ORDERS, PRICE WILL BE DETERMINED BY FINAL STITCH COUNT. • PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DUE DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED OVERDUE. A LATE FEE OF $15 WILL BE ADDED TO THE INVOICE FOR ANY BALANCE OUTSTANDING BEYOND 30 DAYS. • ESTIMATES ARE VALID FOR ONLY 30 DAYS We cannot guarantee the prices remain the same due to vendor price changes. Please be sure to contact our sales team for an updated quote.

By signing (either in person or electronically) , I personally guarantee payment of this invoice within 30 days from date of pick up by the organization for which the order was placed. If not paid within 30 days, I become personally liable. After 30 days we reserve the right to refer this to collection for resolution. If referred to collection, the amount will include a 35% fee in addition to the amount of the original invoice. Please keep in mind that all orders are custom made. While the due dates are approximate, we make every effort to complete orders on time. Changes to the order may delay the completion date. There will be no refunds for completed work. **Any discrepancies on the final produced garments must be addressed at the time of pick-up, or within 24hours of receiving your order. We require images of the damaged/misprinted garments to be able to rectify the situation.

If we are unable to contact you regarding an open/unpaid order (after 30 days), we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled. In the event that you are unable to approve your order through our system, an email confirming your approval is acceptable. Please talk to one of our sales representatives for more details.

Chesapeake Custom Embroidery requires payment to begin the order process (unless you have an approved net account). Due dates are affected based on when a deposit is received. Refunds for payment are negotiable depending on the stage of the order process. After making a payment, please ensure to contact us before production begins in the event you decide to cancel your order. We can potentially return non-decorated garments to our vendors, but we can't receive credits from our vendors for decorated goods. Special order items are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and/or services, there will be no refunds. All customized completed items based on approved artwork are final. Provided garments cannot be replaced in the event of an unexpected production issue resulting in garment damage. Problems do not arise often, but the customer must be aware and agree to the possibility. We will return the item to you as is and we will refund the embellishment cost if damage does occur to a provided item. Please contact us to request your refund sales@cceink.com

Delivery Policy

Orders can be picked up at the shop or we may ship to an address of your choosing for an additional charge. Shipping charges and transit times may vary. Shipping time is not included in the production time. If you need your items for a definite date, please let customer service know as soon as possible. Once the items are shipped, we have no control on the transit times. Please keep in mind that any major holidays will affect the transit time as well and will vary per courier.
